The Private Group Party is a great party package for large groups, like clubs or other organizations, looking for something fun and active to do as a group. Group Private Parties have a duration of 2 hours and your group gets the entire rink. Pearwood Skate Center can open the snack bar for food and beverage services if needed or you can bring in your own food! It’s really up to you! We are here to make sure your party is perfect!

Deposit & Invitations

A non refundable $100 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit taken off total balance due at the end of your party.

If you can’t book online, our business hours to book your party and pick up invitations are as follows:

FRIDAYS  7:30pm-11pm  
SATURDAYS  12pm – 8:30pm    
SUNDAYS  1pm-5:30pm

Guidelines:

In efforts to keep our private party rates affordable and to avoid a $250 cleaning fee, we ask for you to clean up after your party. Clean up includes: clean all tables, sweep floors, and all trash to be put in trash cans. We provide all cleaning supplies (brooms, rags, dust pans & trash bags)
